Burbage Irish dance academy was established in 2011 by Portarlington native Kara Burbage . Her brother Sean , (4time world champion) joined in 2023 bringing the academy to a two teacher school.The academy has gone from strength to strength over the years in Portarlington and we have had many great opportunities along the way for all our dancers both in the competitive and non competitive fields. We are thrilled to be part of Portarlington Culture night and involved in local community initiatives and would like to thank the committee for the invitation to perform.
